Bartlesville Cat Playground

Recently, Mommy and Daddy took the girls to the Bartlesville Kiddie Park.

In the car on the way there, Katy excitedly asked more than once about the "Cat Playground." As you can imagine, she was pretty confused (and possibly a little disappointed) when we got there and it wasn't actually a kitty park.

Once we boarded the cool train, though...

she got over the lack of romping felines pretty darn quickly.

Katy had a blast experiencing the fun-filled lifestyle of a trucker.

We're kind of hard to see, but check Mommy out in the fourth row. Mommy loves roller coasters. Katy hates them. Now we know.

Jenny wisely passed on the roller coaster ride and opted to wait it out with Daddy.

It was time to get on the very generic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ride. Oh, sure. They looked cute but these proved to be TERRIFYING TURTLES!

Katy was desperately trying to bail. Sometimes mommies laugh just so they won't cry.

Katy and I rode the Carousel. It was faster than the one at the zoo and there were no safety straps. We went around like this once...

and like this about 67 times. The little filly behind us finally puked. The grandma in front of us almost fell off a few times while trying to snap a picture of her granddaughter. It was a pretty colorful ride in more ways than one.

On the last train ride of the night, Jenny and Daddy shared a smile...

and a kiss.

As much fun as it was being terrified by roller coasters and giant, metal turtles, it was clearly time to go.

After getting a little bit lost trying to get the heck outta B-ville, we were all bushed when we finally got home.

Well, most of us anyway!
